100 gallons to 1,500 nominal gallons Conventional fire-tube construction in a water heater design. The FPW offers 84% efficiency with reduced burner cycling, proven fire-tube reliability, simple installation, and easy access for servicing with its simple 4-pc. design.
HWS Electric Commercial Water Heater
125 gallons to 5,000 gallons When you need a lot of domestic hot water, quickly and reliably. The HWS commercial volume storage water heater is designed for industrial, commercial and institutional users who require large quantities of service water at preset temperatures. Two different NSF-61 compliant lining options are available: our standard PS lining is a two-part epoxy that delivers service performance that is superior to glass; the aluminum silica cement is recommended for water temperatures above 190oF and offers the longest service life. Standard models are configured with a vertical vessel; horizontal models can be ordered.
BDS Blowdown Separator
10 gallons to 50 gallons, suitable for boiler operating pressure up to 800 psi A blowdown separator is the best choice when space limitations preclude using a large tank to collect and hold the effluent while it cools to an acceptable drain temperature. The blowdown separator accepts boiler blowdown, vents the portion that flashes to steam, but does not store the effluent until it cools. Instead, a temperature controlled mixing valve mounted in the tank’s discharge piping adds cold make-up water to cool the effluent as it immediately discharges to the drain.
BD Blowdown Tank
30 gallons to 1,200 gallons The Precision standard, used where there is ample space for a large tank to collect and hold boiler blowdown, allowing the effluent time to cool below 140oF before releasing it to the facility drain. The portion of blowdown that flashes to steam vents to atmosphere or can be recovered to preheat boiler feedwater.
Surge Tanks
20 gallons to 950 gallons, support 15 BHP to 720 BHP size boilers Usually paired with a deaerator to provide additional condensate storage capacity when operating conditions cause a sudden surge of condensate return that would otherwise overwhelm the storage capacity of the DA and be lost through the overflow to the drain. Our Surge Tanks are essentially CF packages without the preheater. Precision surge tanks are pre-mounted, piped, and wired condensate receiving storage tanks, with a float activated make-up water valve that adds fresh water to replace condensate lost through the steam loop to maintain sufficient water level inside the tank.
