Spray deaeration-5,000 PPH to 300,000 PPH Storage-140 nominal gallons to 6,000 nominal gallons of feedwater to overflow Deaerators (DAs) are recommended when the steam system requires significant volumes of make-up water that must be treated to remove free oxygen and carbon dioxide from boiler feedwater. Precision’s Spray-Type DA relies on internal spray valves, a vent condenser, and fresh steam to create conditions by which the make-up water releases the O2 and CO2 naturally, reducing the consumption of costly oxygen scavenging chemicals otherwise required to prevent corrosion leading to premature steam system failure.
CF Boiler Feedwater Systems
20 gallons to 950 gallons, support 15 BHP to 720 BHP size boilers Non-code condensate receiver tanks are recommended when there is a high rate of condensate return and minimal make-up water is required. Our CF systems are designed to receive condensate and prepare it for return to the boiler. They can also be paired with a DA to accommodate condensate surges that would otherwise be lost through the DA’s overflow drain. Precision CF systems are custom designed to include the appropriate pump and control packages that best fit the application requirements.
ISH Instantaneous Superheater
Provides super-heated steam for high temperature process or power generation applications. ISH electric instantaneous superheaters are custom designed to fit nearly any steam re-heat requirement. Standard SCR control provides near infinite modulation to maintain steam set-point temperature. Requires no vent stack, breeching, or combustion air louvers.
HVJ High Voltage Jet Electrode Boiler
2,700 PPH to 140,000 PPH (80 BHP to 4,200 BHP) @ 99.5% efficiency The HVJ is configured to operate from one of three different 3-phase power supplies: 4160 volt, 6900 volt, and 13.2 KV, and its standard operating pressures range from 100 psi to 400 psi; for higher pressure models consult factory.
